Sara’s 25-year executive career began with Officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and has developed through cross-sector, senior operational management and leadership roles, both in the UK and overseas.
A former trustee of the Military Wives Choir Foundation, Sara is a Founding Director of her own coaching and leadership development practice. Passionate about supporting fellow veterans and their families, Sara firmly believes in the value of nature and community to enable healing and growth.
