Nick served for 26 years in the Royal Marines before retiring in 2016. He has intimate experience of the military medical system and is a trained coach and SSAFA mentor. He has provided a sympathetic ear, guidance and advice to dozens of veterans who have transitioned successfully to civilian life after physical and mental injury.
