With a background in sports coaching and development, Jess has spent over a decade working in the veterans’ charity sector. Specialising in rehabilitative events, she currently serve as Head of Activities and Events for BLESMA.
Jess has a passion for safeguarding and now acts as the organisation’s Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). This combination of skills enables her to take a holistic approach to risk management and ensure safe, supportive environments that empower veterans to lead independent, fulfilling lives
