After 11 years in the Queens Royal Irish Hussars, where his duties included establishing a tank force for the Sultan of Oman, Charles moved to the commercial sector and held senior roles with Bovis, P&O and Savills.
He has 30 years of development, consultancy, sales and marketing experience with residential and leisure projects.
